**Description**:
ESV, a leading provider of business advice and taxation services, is currently in an exciting phase of expansion. We are actively seeking a Technical Trainer who is enthusiastic about coaching and eager to leverage their technical expertise to enhance the skills of our team members.
**Position**: Technical Trainer
**Type**: Part-time (3 days a week)
**Location**: Sydney CBD Office
Role Overview
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape Training Academy Strategies and Annual Plans.
- Assess training needs across different levels for onshore and offshore teams, contributing to ESV's training strategy.
- Develop training programs, taking the lead on programs where you are the Subject Matter Expert (SME), and support fellow SMEs.
- Deliver technical training to new Junior Advisors / Advisors, serving as their go-to resource for technical queries.
- Assist in building necessary workforce competencies for both present and future requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, co-design impactful content, and ensure vendor management compliance.
Experience and Skills
- Qualified CA or equivalent international certification
- Over 5 years of experience within a professional accounting practice
- Profound understanding of accounting principles and legislative landscapes
- Aptitude for devising effective solutions
- Genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring colleagues
- Balanced coaching style that is both professional and approachable
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks amidst competing deadlines
