**Salary Classification**: Clerk Grade 7/8

**Employment Status**: Ongoing, Full-time - 35 hours per week

**Salary Range**: $106,025 - $117,363 p.a. base salary. (Employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary.)

**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning initiatives and solutions to improve and support staff members in the proficient use of the firm's Enterprise Business Systems and various IT systems.

**Essential requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 plus the TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 units) or its successor (TAE40116) or a Diploma in VET or Adult Education and/or relevant experience and studying towards one of the above

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Relevant experience in legal services industry or similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating group training, face to face, online and blended delivery approaches.
- Demonstrated experience working with e-learning authoring tools, creating online learning videos and navigating video editing software.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to deliver effective training.
- A positive “can-do” attitude, be self-motivated and be able to provide a responsive service.
- Possess strong collaboration skills to enable you to cooperate with various teams to design and implement training and support staff in system use as part of their daily duties.
