**The Role**

Reporting to the Coordinator Transport and Stormwater Operations and based in Windsor the purpose of this role is to provide support to the Asset Systems and Planning Branch including Asset Management, supervision of contractors, program works, bridge assessments and general office assistance. This role will involve ensuring the registers for assets are maintained, field data collection is reliable and correctly entered into the system and liaise with the public and respond to Land Access and Activity Notice’s from various utility authorities.

**About You**

You will have completed tertiary qualifications in engineering or relative industry experience and experience in civil works specifically construction, maintenance, drainage and traffic facilities. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to be self-motivated and display initiative. You will require to have the ability to develop, prioritise, organise and manage a number of projects and tasks while paying attention to detail.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and/or equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Civil Works - construction/maintenance regarding roads, drainage and traffic facilities
- Previous experience in the supervision of contractors particularly road and concrete works
- Computer literacy, word processing and spread sheet skills at a basic level
- Class C Drivers Licence
- WHS General Induction for Construction Work in NSW
- Working with Childrens Check
