**Help shape the future of children in our care**

C&K have **2 x Permanent Part Time (20 hours a week)** opportunities. One role can be based in **Brisbane (Kedron)** while the other will be based in **Cairns.**

As the Assistant to Regional Managers and Operation team members, you will provide high level administrative support to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

- Manage schedules and diaries of Regional Managers and organise travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including recording and distributing minutes and collating meeting documents.
- Review, summarise, and organise key documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in organising internal events.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed.
- Answer and direct queries to appropriate person and escalate concerns according to priority.
- Manage credit card purchases, receipts and invoice and payment requisitions.

**What you’ll bring**

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration.
- Experience in research and report preparation.
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders at senior leadership level and strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Able to work autonomously, problem solve as well as in a team environment
- A keen interest in early childhood education and care and a strong willingness and commitment to work within C&K’s values.
- Must have an active Blue Card and Police Check or the willingness to get one (We can cover the cost)

Desirable
- Hold tertiary qualifications in a business-related field (desirable)
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (desirable)
