**BUSINESS MANAGER**

Trinity Christian School is located in the southern suburbs of Canberra, ACT.

Trinity is a co-educational Pre-School to Year 12 school with 1,200 students. The school provides a robust Christian Education, delivered within a safe and caring community, balanced with discipline, academic excellence and a rich curriculum.

The Business Manager is a key person in the Leadership Team of the school. Leading a team of Managers that report to them, they oversee the Admin, Finance, Property and IT teams of the school. The Business Manager also works closely with the Principal and School Council in respect of the financial management and long term financial and capital development of the school.

Reporting to the Principal, the successful applicant will have:

- Professional Qualifications (CA/CPA)
- Strong working financial/accounting experience - across all facets of the finances of an organisation
- Experience in working within accounting systems
- Strong management, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ideally, experience in the management of Schools or Not for Profit organisations

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship. Staff are required to affirm the School’s Doctrinal Basis.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
