Retail Assistant

We are looking for a Full Time Retail Assistant for our Erindale Swimart store, ACT Canberra.

Our Retail Sales Assistant’s role is to provide outstanding customer service and to assist customers with their pool & spa requirements and to generate product & service sales. Other duties include assisting the Manager in the maintenance & daily running of the retail store including merchandising & stock management.

**Whilst previous retail experience is preferred, our training program will give you the skills required for the role.**

**The Role**:
As Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering customer service to pool builders, retailers, and service technicians.
- Superior customer service
- Water testing and advice for chemical & equipment solutions
- Stock control (ordering & receiving)
- Maintain merchandising standards
- Demonstrating & providing solutions for pool pumps, filters, chlorinators, cleaners, lights & automation systems.
- Ability to use, record & update our CRM, process transactions on the POS other systems as required.
- Store opening and cash handling.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
