**Join our Ear, Nose and Throat Team in the Surgical Specialty Division**

The Flinders Medical Centre Otolaryngology Unit provides full general ear, nose and throat (ENT) services including paediatric services.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Personal Assistant Divisional Director and on a daily basis to the Head of Unit, this role supports effective Administrative and Secretarial to medical staff within the clinical unit. Duties for the role will include:

- Works closely with medical, nursing and administrative staff within the Unit and other Divisions and Units within the SALHN
- Reports directly to the PA to the Divisional Director and, on a daily basis, to the Head of Unit,
- Providing professional, quality and responsive customer service,
- Arranging Medical Staff appointments and Registrars’ rotations in conjunction with Human Resources and Trainee Medical Officer (TMO) Unit

This role is expected to move from FMC to the Mark Oliphant Building in October to specifically support Paediatric Allied Health Services. Any changes to duties and role description will be discussed with any occupant in due course.

- Providing professional, quality and responsive customer service,
- Possess flexibility and adaptability to cope with changing work requirements,
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and work with mínimal supervision,
- Demonstrated sound time management skills,
- Experience in the provision of a confidential secretarial, administrative and clerical service.
