We are seeking a Reception/Customer Service Manager for a busy day surgery. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of receptionists and administration staff, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing and mentoring the reception/administration teams
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Ensuring medical reports and records are up to date
- Monitoring patient satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Analysing data to identify areas for improvement in the customer service experience
- Managing the clinic's appointment scheduling system
- Coordinating maintenance requirements and ordering medical and office supplies
- Overseeing budgets, patient invoices, health funds, debt collection
- Roster Management
- Risk management and work health and safety compliance
- Qualification in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
- Knowledge of Quality Accreditation
- Staff management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise competing demands
- Experience using medical software Genie, Simday/Fido advantageous
