Due to significant growth and an exciting new venture, we are seeking two Permanent Full Time - Reception/Administration team members. Reporting to the Business Services Administration Manager these roles support the seamless operations of Reception and Facilities in a brand-new office in the Sydney CBD. This role is perfect for anyone looking to expand their skills in facilities and concierge where you will be supported within a connected, although geographically dispersed team, one that supports each other for success.
Your new role
- Providing superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations
- Provide local area inductions to visitors and company personnel Coordinate couriers, mail, and fax services
- Be the professional face of the client organisation
- Ensuring safe and compliant facilities are always maintained
What you will need to succeed
- You are an Administration/Reception superstar with a passion for administration services and all facets of front desk reception
- Prior experience in a corporate environment
- You have a great ability to create and maintain above and beyond working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- You can work calmly with a high level of initiative and have the ability to coordinate and prioritise changing priorities
- You have a passion for creating a fantastic space and environment for you and our colleagues
