**The Role You Will Play**

As an **Experiential Producer **you will be responsible for translating creative briefs into project plans and all the deliverables associated in delivering projects from concepting and build, through to live execution.

In this role you will be a client-facing member of the production team that is able to explain technical, print or interactive concepts, drive creative solutions and manage aggressive timelines, in tandem with building strong client relationships.

You will be responsible for the profitability, productivity and happiness of your projects and team. Leading the way for junior team members, you drive best practice in all aspects of the deliverables.

You are a well-rounded individual who loves building and maintaining relationships, shows up with good energy that fuels them to turn creative concepts into reality.

**We are looking for someone**:

- Who owns the fact they are ultimately responsible for all activations being delivered on time, within budget, and meet (or exceed) expectations
- With an instinct to look for solutions who can effectively work across several projects, clients and internal teams. You know how to push the boundaries to make an idea better while playing respectfully in the team environment.
- Who can effectively and professionally present information and respond to questions with various stakeholders with a knowledgeable and respectful approach.
- Runs a project with acute business acumen and is meticulous with their project timelines and budget management
- Who prioritises building relationships with suppliers and understanding their skill sets to further build out our product offering
- Who accepts event life can be outside of regular office hours and requires weekends and evening work. We will make sure you get the time back though.
- That can inspire a team, is good at taking charge, giving direction and is equal parts listener and leader.
- Open to rolling the tapes to give and receive feedback on what’s been done well and what could be done better.
- 5+ years experience related to production and event management from small to large scale events
- A natural operator with organisational skills to balance high pressure projects concurrently.
- Adept at producing comprehensive production detail reports and risk assessments for all events.
- Strong relationship building skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the sports, arts and entertainment landscape.
- Travelling to on-site inspections and location and managing stakeholders and event execution without supervision. (Evening and weekend work as required).
- Lead and driven new business to generate revenue growth and contribute to the financial performance of the division.
