A successful Australian business with a broad product range and national reach are continuing to grow and need further support in their Accounts Payable department. Joining a supportive AP team of 7 you will in take ownership of the end to end management of a range of product suppliers. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at the businesses national head office which is easily accessible via the M5.

Working in a supportive and close-knit team you’ll be working alongside experienced and collaborative colleagues; with key responsibilities including:

- Maintain and update vendor accounts
- Process invoices through paperless verification software
- 3-way matching, batching and coding supplier invoices
- Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Process payments in accordance with agreed terms through both weekly and monthly payment runs
- Send out payment remittances

The successful applicant will ideally possess the following attributes and skills:

- A proactive approach to work
- The ability and desire to work in a team
- High attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Prior experience with a large ERP
- Experience working in a paperless environment
- Basic to intermediate excel skills would be advantageous
