**About the role**:
As the Manager for the Customer support Centre Based at our **Moorebank Office**, you are accountable to ensure high levels of customer service, Quality and order fulfillment to major clients and projects across New South Wales, while supporting both the General Hire and our specialist branch network, with compliance and quality systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing a Team of Customer Service Officers
- Lead with a safety first attitude
- Improve customer service standards
- Lead and inspire the area network to perform as a team to reach Business Unit objectives
- Develop action plans to achieve project and customer targets
- Monitor and evaluate sales results and performance indicators to meet revenue targets
- Provide external representation, maintain industry networks, remain up-to-date with relevant industry developments and business trends within the area
- Drive the network in best practice and corporate compliance

**Your Skills & Expertise**:

- Demonstrated safety leaderships skills
- Strong leadership skills preferably developed across multiple facilities
- Proven commitment and accountability for driving diverse team engagement
- Budgeting, financial and asset Management skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen with customer understanding and empathy
- Experience in driving improvement, streamlining & driving processes
- Qualification in Business Management (Desirable)
