**Position Summary**:
**Work alongside the team of 2 Customer Service Officers (3 including self).**
Provide leading edge customer service by demonstrating a professional image with exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Attend to the needs of all stonemasons with their orders and enquires, plus attend to any visitors to the showroom including provision of product information, advice and samples. Ensure all customer service aspects of order taking are completed in a timely manner.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Promptly answer all incoming calls
- Debtors: Contact customers to ensure that account is paid within their respective terms; ensure customers are advised, if account is placed on hold and payment is required before stock can be release.
- Contact customers about stock on hold, ensuring that this is removed ASAP if not required, establishing exact times, so that stock can be released if necessary, minimizing orphan batches and old stock being held for extended periods.
- Daily Banking
- Annually: Assist with stock takes, annually.
- General admin / office duties, data entry, filing as required

**Qualifications and/or Experience/Skills/Personal Attributes**:

- **Face to Face customer service experience necessary**:

- **Confident working with numbers and lots of details.**:

- Excellent customer service attitude to internal & external clients.
- Clear, concise and effective communicator on the phone and face to face in English
- **Positive and “can do” attitude, and a confident, polite manner.**:

- **Strong “process skills” with high attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to interact with different types of customers (stonemasons, consumers, designers) and all levels of staff and management.**:

- Self-motivated, **ability to work under pressure** and willingness to work extra hours.
- Superior administration skills
- Problem solving for the customer and the company
- Immaculate professional presentation, work ethics and behaviour.
- Punctual, friendly and outgoing
- Highly organised, good time management skills and ability to prioritise.
- Self-motivated, team player, ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile.
