Miele invites individuals with a customer-centric mindset to join the General Enquiries and Order team, based in our Scoresby contact centre. As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to customers, transforming their interactions into memorable experiences. Your motivation and positivity will shine through as you draw from prior experience in fast-paced customer service environments, ensuring Miele's customers receive exceptional assistance.

Embark on your journey armed with two weeks of immersive classroom training, followed by 2-3 weeks of hands-on support. The learning doesn't stop there - ongoing coaching is the backbone of your growth.

**Your Responsibilities Encompass**:

- Creating extraordinary customer experiences by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Simplifying technical intricacies through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Nurturing robust customer relationships and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Swiftly addressing customer concerns to ensure first-call resolution.
- Mastering in-depth product knowledge to elevate consumer experiences.

**Your Qualifications Showcase**:

- Previous customer service exposure, whether in contact centres, hospitality, or retail.
- A track record of adept problem-solving.
- Rapid adaptation to new systems and technologies.
- Superb listening skills accompanied by a friendly, team-oriented personality.
- Eagerness for meeting and exceeding KPIs.

**19th September 2023**, committing to a 37.5-hour week across a 6-day rotating roster. Operating from Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm - with a rotational Saturday every 4 weeks. After three months, based on your stellar performance, you'll relish the flexibility of working from home (up to 2 days per week).
