- BH-26597Are you ready to join a worldwide marketer and distributor of consumer products in Scoresby? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join a high-performing team for a 6-month period.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in creating an extraordinary customer experience and ensuring incredible customer satisfaction. Located in Scoresby, you'll also handle administrative duties as needed.

**Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will include**:

- Handling inbound and outbound phone duties.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Processing orders and data entry.
- Assisting customers with pricing, product availability, and order tracking.
- Generating reports on orders.
- Coordinating with warehouse and transport companies.
- Staying up-to-date with new product releases.
- Performing general administrative duties.
