Visible Alpha enhances the investment research process by extracting meaningful analyst models, and research reports through valuable partnerships with the world’s premier investment research organizations. Our deep consensus data provides financial recommendations on companies and industries at a level of granularity and timeliness and that has never before been possible.**What You'll Do**
- Strong ability to develop instant rapport with people of all different roles & backgrounds - internal/external relationships, users, decision makers:
- Ability to collaborate with sales to identify opportunities to expand our footprint within each existing account;
- Understand best practices for client engagement within a SaaS / financial markets data product;
- Desire to excel and succeed within your role - strong commitment to effective processes and tactics;
- Positive and outgoing individual possessing the curiosity to learn the product quickly;
- Network and build relationships within the financial market participant community in Australia;
- Strong work-ethic, versatile and team contributor.
**Who You Are**
- Experience engaging with key stakeholders at Financial Institutions across the buyside & sellside:
- Cultivate and grow relationships with Institutional Clients - maximizing retention rate across the book of business, identify revenue & contribution at risk, maximize usage of the product, extract knowledge and feedback from users;
- Proven track record delivering results and setting the example for initiatives, commitment and work ethic;
- Managing and growing a book of business comprised of fund managers, pension funds, brokers, and global banks;
- Working closely with clients around product offerings and feedback to enhance their experience as well as integrating into our own product development process;
- Excellent communication, presentation and written skills - you’ll be engaged with anyone from an Analyst to C-Level Suite;
- Goal driven, with the ability to meet internal & external deadlines;
- Experience using a CRM system;
- Understanding of renewals and managing contracts;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup etc);
- Business knowledge of Financial Markets, the Buy Side and Sellside in Australia across APAC.
