**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

Our client is a leading national distributor of essential cleaning and chemical supplies to businesses across Australia. Their one-stop solution allows their clients to reduce the number of suppliers and know they will get their entire order on time, every time.

An opportunity has arisen for a driven, highly organised Executive Assistant or Administration assistant looking to take the next step to coordinate the functions and workload of the Director.

**DUTIES**
- Provide administrative support to the Managing including Sales Admin, correspondence, inbox and calendar management
- Coordinate meetings, internal events and other events required by the director,
- Run occasional personal errands as required;
- General office administration tasks as required.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Minimum 2 years' practical EA or relevant administration experience in a corporate environment;
- Clear and concise written and verbal communications;
- High level of initiative, adaptability and flexibility;
- Proven time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines;
- Ability to manage multiple and competing requests and prioritise workload and support accordingly;
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
