As the Executive & Marketing Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Capital Markets and Head of Balance Sheet (both based in Sydney). The role will also include the running and co-ordination of Marketing & Events management support for the Capital Markets business globally and provide analytical and operational support to the Australia Desk.

What will your day look like

**This role will be accountable for (but not limited to)**:
Administrative and projects

Provide a professional and credible interface for Capital Markets & Balance Sheet business executives to all clients and stakeholders, both internal and external.
Be an expert on key ANZ administrative systems and business processes for the Australia team.
Act as Personal Assistant for the Head of Capital Markets and Head of Balance Sheet, as well as providing general administrative support to senior directors and executive directors within the Capital Markets team (both based in Sydney).
Preparing and distributing agendas, presentations and other relevant information for executive meetings, leadership team and steering committees as required.
Managing all requirements associated with the facilitation of deal roadshows, conferences and functions hosted/run by the Australia senior Executives, along with compilation of pitch book (marketing) materials.

Marketing & Events

Coordination of awards submissions and assistance of events around Capital Markets.
Coordinate smaller business-focussed events, in-house boardroom events and bespoke customer round-tables.
Manage logistics & execution of capital markets sponsorships and events e.g. ASF Gala Dinner.
ANZ Debt Conference - manage customer list and nominations on behalf of Capital Markets.
What will you bring?

- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, being persistent and proactively acting to identify solutions and resolve issues around items such as billing and T&E
Experience managing schedules and experience in being a personal assistant for senior executives
Proven knowledge and expertise of administrative systems and business processes within a large corporation.
Exceptional organisational skills, being able to prioritise and manage conflicts, assisting the Head of Business in a professional manner.
Proven ability to work autonomously when required and as part of the broader team.
Able to build strong, and collaborative working relationships with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing project work, events coordination and providing support at senior levels of an organisation.
Experience in building business presentations, marketing material & working independently with high level guidance provided by the business
Experience in financial services would be advantageous.
Experience in an administrative or business manager type role in a fast-paced corporate environment.
An undergraduate degree in business or marketing would be valuable
