We are seeking an ambitious and forward thinking Business Development Consultant to join our Sales Team based in our Sydney Office
- This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and focused sales team who pride themselves on the delivery of a high-quality, market-leading, Australian-made product.
- The purpose of this role is to support the Business Development Manager to generate sales of Alcolizer products, services and solutions and grow existing clients and develop new business opportunities.**Key responsibilities of the role: (but not limited to)**
- Develop revenue opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain these relationships by providing continued support, information, and guidance, researching, recommending solutions and service improvements.
- Work alongside the Business Development Manager to plan regional sales activity.
- Contribute to regional marketing activities preparation, setup, and attendance at relevant trade events.

**To be successful in this role you will require**:

- Hold a relevant degree in Business, Management or Marketing *desirable.
- Have at least 5 years industry experience in a sales /BD environment
- Have a National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months old)
- Be professional with a good understanding of business acumen.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Good PC skills especially with Microsoft suite, and CRM systems
- Have full and unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Self-starter who can take direction and learn quickly.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and deliver results against tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
- Experience as a cold calling champion, with the ability to interact with people from a broad range of cultural and social backgrounds.
