We are seeking a talented and professional Receptionist to join a leading Real Estate agency on the North Shore. This role will see you playing a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for reception duties, office administration tasks, and providing support to the Property Management and Sales teams. **The Duties**:

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate staff members, and take accurate messages when required.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams, including assisting with advertising, writing letters, and filing documents.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, including the kitchen area.
- Perform various administrative tasks.

**The Requirements**:

- Highly organized, reliable, and willing to perform a diverse range of tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in completing tasks.
- Strong computer skills.
- Committed to constant improvement and open to ongoing training.
- Immaculate presentation
