**Your new company**
This small but highly successful, specialists construction company is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. This company is known for their expertise and quality across the industry and currently has contracts with the most prestigious developments in the CBD.
**Your new role**
Based on front of house reception and providing support to the back office, your duties will include:
- Taking calls from customers, contractors and project managers
- Checking invoices and reconciling in Excel (experience in MYOB or Xero is also highly regarded)
- Ensuring site staff have relevant certificates and maintaining compliance records
- Supporting the Accounts Manager with invoice processing
- Assisting directors with ad-hoc administration
**What you'll need to succeed**
In this role you will need:
- A team work ethic and willingness to support where needed
- A good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and ideally MYOB or Xero
- Dynamic personality and ability to deal with a range of people
- Ability to prioritise your workload and work with the team to hit deadlines
- Desire to learn and progress your career
