Are you an experienced dental receptionist seeking a new and exciting challenge? Look no further We have a Full-Time opportunity available within our well-established Sydney Periodontics team.

Sydney Periodontics is your premier destination for expert care in periodontics and dental implants. Our dedicated team of local periodontists excels in addressing periodontitis, performing cosmetic periodontic surgeries, offering root coverage, conducting bone grafting, and providing crown and supportive therapies.

**The Role**

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Your friendly and professional manner will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and fostering a comfortable atmosphere within the practice.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Greeting patients.
- Handling administrative tasks.
- Supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

**You**
- Prior experience as a receptionist/administrator in the dental/medical field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Display a high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanour even during busy periods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using dental software and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease.
