This fabulous OSHC service is a renowned organisation and prides itself on building positive interactions and enriching experiences for children. The service fosters each child’s self-esteem by encouraging activities, based on their interests and development as individuals. They encourage children to become active learners through thinking investigating, exploring and problem solving. Their program is built on positive interactions, enriching experiences, and providing a safe, happy, and empowering environment. They are now keen to welcome an experienced, passionate, and motivated Education Leader at OSHC which is based in a school in Northern Beaches.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**

Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar role at a medium to large sized OSHC service.
Sound understanding of the NQS and MTOP Framework
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
Passion, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to high quality care.
A relevant early childhood education qualification is desirable but not essential.
Valid working with children's check and first aid certificate.
**What you'll get in return**

This role includes 2 split shifts a week. Working Hours will be 2 mornings a week from 7:00 to 9:00 & 1:00 to 6:00 PM
3 days / week - straight shift 11:00 am to 6:00 PM
