About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Culture Amp, a leading employee experience platform, as a Lead Product Analyst. As a key member of the product team, you will play a crucial role in driving analytics initiatives that empower product leadership with insights about customers and the business.

As a Lead Product Analyst, you will be responsible for spearheading analytics initiatives, working closely with senior product leadership, and partnering with finance and data teams to improve data culture and increase analytics maturity. You will also be responsible for strategically planning analytics to uncover useful insights, anchoring product decisions on quantifiable metrics, and reporting product success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve product decision-making
  • Lead and inspire a team of product analysts, coaching them on data visualization, analytical thinking, and persuasive communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics
Requirements
  • Advanced SQL skills for descriptive analytics, with experience working with big data systems like Redshift
  • High competency with product analytics systems like Amplitude and business intelligence tools like Looker
  • Experience coaching others on data visualization and analytical thinking
  • Strong understanding of software development practices like version control, continuous deployment, and automated testing
