Our client are a Family Owned and operated Galvanising Facility based in Padstow.

They are currently looking for an experienced Internal Sales Assistant with excellent customer service experience to join their growing team.

This is a temp to perm opportunity with the opportunity of progression to Sales Representative down the track.

**Your duties will include**:

- Over the phone sales and generating sale quotations
- Complaint handling
- Data entry
- Frequent communication between internal department and external stakeholders
- Other ad hoc administration duties
- Learning the CRM

**Previous experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years previous, Internal Sales, face to face or over the phone customer service experience
- Experience in an industrial back ground
- Steel Knowledge (preferred)
- Advanced computer skills, and experience with data base platforms
- High level of skill in Microsoft programs
- Current C Class Licence and own reliable transport

**Previous experience with Steel Products will be highly desired.**
