Your main duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Assisting with customer enquiries and handling complaints
  • Converting customer enquiries to bookings
  • Upselling company products while earning commission
  • Liaising with other departments in regards to availability
  • Addressing customers' concerns and providing helpful solutions
