Product Support and E-commerce Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for enthusiastic and passionate IT product assistant to join our dynamic team in Sydney which includes traditional & E-commerce Channels.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Creating/Maintaining Ecommerce Product listings, monitoring and changing price, quantities, model details, Key words according to actual instant in-house system information and supplying possibility
- Assist to manage and oversee existing product lines and Categories.
- Assist to source new products and identify new opportunities of future product lines.
- Assist about strategic product promotion and pricing, liaising with marketing manager and purchasing manager.
- Help Monitoring product and categories life cycling and their performance and run rates, generating reports and solutions.
- Help to Identify industry best practices in E-commerce and builds vendor relationships. Understands how technological advancements drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Keeps up to speed on all new product launches in the online space.

**Ideally, you will possess the following attributes and traits**:

- Strong knowledge and passion in IT products and solutions, Solid understanding of current trends and demands in the IT market.
- Record Traced Online store / e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Results driven and proactive with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning skills to ensure effective time & tasks management.
