**Qualifications & experience**
- As Project Coordinator you will demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Possess the relevant tertiary qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' industry experience in project management/contract administration
- Experience in the successful implementation of relevant standards such as Australian standards
- Demonstrated experience in project support, such as developing estimates, preparing schedules, managing budgets and cost, planning resources, project controls and status reporting and managing quality.
- Experience in managing commercial construction projects across multiple industries
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Projects, AutoCAD
- Current driver's license
- Construction OHS Induction (White Card)

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Assist the team with projects from start to finish across a diverse range of projects
- Coordinate and organize meetings and appointments with clients, consultants, sub-contractors
- Tender management with a strong focus on contracts administration
- Subcontract management, Progress claims and variations
- Support site team to deliver live projects on time and within budget
- Review and take note of all project documentation including legal documentation such as contracts etc.
- Development/Management of business estimating templates and databases
- Planning and coordination of materials, equipment and suppliers
- Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Programming and scheduling works
- Prepare safety documentation, SWMS, compile dilapidation and site completion report
