The National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Housing Association (NATSIHA) is the newly-created national leadership and advocacy body for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.


NATSIHA's purpose is to facilitate access to quality, accessible, affordable, and culturally appropriate housing to help empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families, and communities to optimise their health and wellbeing and improve their employment opportunities, access to education, connection to community and sense of home.


NATSIHA will lead the way in implementing an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Housing Data Strategy that is underpinned by the principles of Indigenous Data Sovereignty and will support capability building across the sector to harness data as a cultural, strategic and economic asset.

We are now partnering to appoint to a number of roles across the organisation in the following areas:

  • Research and data analysts
  • Marketing and communications managers and coordinators
  • Policy and project officers
  • Governance and compliance support
  • Administration support


We are calling for expressions of interest from Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal persons to submit their latest resume and a covering letter outlining a summary of why you would like to join NATSIHA.

There is also a set of screening questions to complete to give us an idea of your location, salary expectations amongst other things.
