**About this Opportunity**:
We’re currently looking for Social Sport Convenor to join our Gatton social sports competitions

**In this role you will**:

- Manage and administer the delivery of sport fixtures through the competition management system, including entering and updating data related to schedules, team composition, and scores.
- Liaise and communicate with player teams, referees/umpires, and other sport officials before, during, and after matches and escalate concerns or disputes as necessary.
- Attend the matches and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- First Aid and CPR Qualifications
- Proficiency in sport-specific rules and a proven track record of effectively engaging with individuals within a sporting environment.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, showcasing a strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with various stakeholders in the sporting community.
