Within the Information Technology department, you will be part of a collaborative team of Support and Service Agents actively working across Projects and BAU rollouts, to transform and Support the core IT functions that support the client’s policy, operational and corporate objectives.
**Skills & Experience**
- Experience and expertise in an IT service desk function, including the provision of first level support and managing calls to resolution
- Experience working within a structured IT governance model under ITIL and SLA requirements
- Experience and expertise supporting a Windows based environment, MS Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange (O365), Veeam 9.5.
- Sound knowledge and experience with LAN and WAN technologies installation and troubleshooting, IP Routing, switching.
- Relevant experience with Office 365 management and cloud based infrastructure technologies such as Azure or AWS.
