Our People and Culture team are currently seeking a Manager, Employer Experience and Performance to lead a team of specialists responsible for enhancing employee engagement and optimising performance across the Department of Planning and Environment.

As the Manager of Employee Experience and Performance, you will be the driving force behind our recognition programs, performance frameworks, and talent succession strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping an environment where our employees not only excel but also feel valued and empowered, helping DPE to consistently deliver on its commitments to the people of NSW.

In this dynamic position, you will take the lead in elevating and embedding our employee experience and performance strategies and programs, with a special emphasis on working in close collaboration with our senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive organisational success.

**About You**
Ideally, you are a champion of employee experiences, possessing a demonstrated track record of delivery. You understand how to create a a workplace culture that fosters engagement, well-being, and growth.

You have the skills to turn strategic objectives into fit-for purpose action, realising the intended benefits, while building trusted senior stakeholder relationships. Your strategic acumen and deep experience of employee engagement dynamics allow you to realise initiatives that align with our organisational goals and our core values.

Your leadership style empowers individuals, creating a culture of accountability within your team. You are an adept project leader, ensuring that initiatives are proficiently executed and deliver tangible, measurable outcomes.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent significant experience
