**Your new company**
Our clients are based in the CBD and are actively looking for temporary staff to provide Reception and Administrative support. They are professional and reputable organisations with positive cultures and supportive management.
**Your new role**
Your temporary placements will offer variety and flexibility with duties. You will get involved in:
- Answering phones, scheduling meetings, meeting and greeting clients
- Data entry, invoice processing, creating spreadsheets with excel
- Filing, faxing and scanning documents
- Booking couriers and organising cars
- Typing and formatting documents using WORD
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful you will have the following:
- Immediate availability and a flexible attitude to take on new opportunities
- Intermediate skills with MS Office
- Professional presentation, strong communication skills and a positive attitude
