Key Details- Commencing 8th April 2024- Full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (rotating roster)- Location: 485 La Trobe Street Melbourne VIC - Ideal location for public transport, Door step at Flagstaff Station, 10 min walk from Southern Cross, Trams, and $13 daily parking- Australian based role

Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances.- Efficiently process back-office tasks.- Assist in resolving disputes, claims, and payments.- Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers.- Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.- Continuously strive for performance improvement through consistent and effective work practices.

Skills & Experience- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relate to and effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.- Desirable previous experience in customer service and administration.- Positive attitude, team player with the ability to work collaboratively towards achieving mutual goals.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
