**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in managing and leading a team responsible for development, maintenance, support, enhancement, and integration in a complex environment.
- The ability to work with a customer service mindset where you will be an integral member of the Applications and broader Operational Services leadership teams designing and implementing strategies to provide excellent service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts in business terms to a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external to SAPOL.
- Experience working to prioritise, workforce plan and engage with the team to perform at a high standard.
