The Strategy and Coordination team is seeking two experienced leaders in strategy development, strategic planning and coordination of effort to develop and deliver against the strategic intent of the Department for Education.

Operating as part of the Strategy and Coordination Directorate, and working closely with students, schools and preschools and training providers, the Lead Strategic Coordination and Lead, Strategic Planning and Impact roles are responsible for the identification and prioritization of the department’s strategic priorities, contributing to the coordination and delivery of initiatives that are critical in supporting South Australian children to thrive.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**: Tertiary education or equivalent experience in project management and or public policy.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
