**About the Role**

The Lead, Organisational Development is responsible for managing a team of Organisational Development professionals to design, implement and evaluate organisation-wide frameworks to understand the workforce needs and drive capability through structured and scaled initiatives and programs.

This role, in particular, will focus on leading projects related to the equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) portfolios in the Organisational Development team.

**Qualifications**

Essential: An appropriate tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or a relevant discipline.

Desirable: Experience working on ED&I-related projects.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Organisational Development program design and delivery.

**Special Conditions**

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

ASO8 $119,317- $123,822 per annum plus superannuation
