**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised **Head of Humanities **with the ability to engage and inspire teachers in their department. The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships. Supporting a network of like-minded teachers who are vibrant, positive, and committed to providing outstanding education to students is vital.
- Provide mentoring and support to the Humanities Department
- Well-developed knowledge of QCAA
- Work with other Department Heads as well as being able to provide best practices in the development, delivery, and resourcing of curriculum
- Have the ability to manage their time effectively to ensure deadlines, assessments, and documentation requirements are met

- Relevant qualifications and experience
- Hold QCT registration or be eligible to
- Fantastic communication skills
- Great organisation and planning ability
