**About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Consultant **to join our team at the Dandenong Distribution Centre on a 6-month maximum term contract.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our pharmacy partners by responding to customer and supplier queries regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries, and more. You will process orders and ensure customers receive prompt and efficient service in line with Wesfarmers Health’s commitment to customer care and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls regarding stock availability, pricing, and order status.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the internal system.
- Provide support to both customers and suppliers with product information and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Buying, Distribution Centre staff, and Sales teams, to ensure customer needs are met.Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous service improvements.

**About you:
You’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a collaborative environment. You have a calm approach under pressure, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in a call centre or customer service role, ideally within the retail or pharmaceutical industry.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a confident and clear telephone manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Certificate IV in Customer Service (preferred).
