**Your role**

The Criminal Listings Coordinator (CSOEP) is responsible for managing the timely listing of cases in compliance with Practice Notes issued by the Chief Judge.

The Criminal Listings Coordinator (CSOEP) is responsible for providing high quality professional client service and administrative support to the List Judge of CSOEP and other judicial officers and Associates within the jurisdiction.

The role collaborates with a range of stakeholders to deliver optimal listing, resourcing, and prioritisation of cases.

**What you’ll do**

The Child Sexual Offences Evidence Program (CSOEP) is a specific process for children, who are complainant’s and prosecution witnesses, in prescribed child sexual offence matters. The CSOEP enables the complainant to have their evidence pre-recorded prior to the balance of the trial and provides for a witness intermediary to assist them during court proceedings.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day listings of CSOEP matters and providing registry, and courtroom support, to the List Judge of the CSOEP program.
- The role has considerable autonomy in the day-to-day delivery of services within the constraints of policies, procedures, guidelines, directives and deadlines and judicial resources.
- Exercises judgement when answering complex inquiries. More complex inquiries outside their knowledge capability will be referred to the Criminal Listing Director.
