We are seeking driven and vibrant Fund Administrator to join our Operations Support team in either Brisbane, Sydney, Wollongong or Melbourne This roles is primarily responsible for processing inbound and outbound member transactions for our Superannuation clients.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Processing member account updates, new member set ups, benefit payments, simple contributions, annual statements and cheques-
- Workflow Actioning of workflow documents- User Acceptance testing on behalf of operations teams as required- Data analysis and reporting from time to time- Implementing process improvements

- Previous experience within the Superannuation Industry- A can-do attitude and team player mentality- Willingness to learn- Demonstrated drive and commitment towards attaining the highest possible standards- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as adherence to processes and procedures
