Our client is a leading organization dedicated to empowering the next generation by facilitating their entry into the workforce through apprenticeships. They are seeking an **Industry Development Manager** to join their New South Wales team, focusing on innovative business development and partnership building.

**Your Role: Creating Pathways**
As an Industry Development Manager, your mission will be to:

- **Identify and Secure Opportunities**: Actively source and secure new business opportunities in sectors like horticulture, engineering, IT, and more.
- **Build Strong Partnerships**: Enhance and expand relationships with existing partners and stakeholders, contributing to the growth and visibility of apprenticeship programs.
- **Engage the Community**: Increase awareness of the services offered, liaising with educators and representing the organization at industry events.

**Who We Need**
We're looking for someone who:

- Has a strong network in various industries and a track record in business development.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Is proactive, self-motivated, and committed to making a difference.
- Holds a valid driver's license, is willing to travel as needed, and has the right to work in Australia.
- Understands the Vocational Education Sector and how it operates.
