**What are we looking for**:
We’re seeking a motivated, dynamic, and creative **Relationship Marketing Officer** to enhance our organisation's visibility and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders. In this role, you will go beyond social media and content creation to actively engage with key stakeholders, hospitals, clinics, and other service providers, ensuring our marketing strategies are inclusive and effective, ensuring compliance with our organisational policies, the Aged Care Act, and Quality Standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills to build relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders, hospitals, clinics, and service providers.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies
- Creating, managing, and monitoring organisational social media presence and client communications, tailor marketing strategies to effectively target audience, ensuring inclusivity for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.
- Create, manage, and report on marketing and promotional strategies to boost organisational awareness, particularly within the aged care sector.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events, such as expos, ensuring effective scheduling and execution.
- Manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work with mínimal supervision.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies, maintaining high standards in marketing and promotional services.
**Role requirements**:
- Preferably background or education in business/marketing/communications
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in the aged care sector.
- Expert in managing social media and client communications.
- Strong event coordination skills and ability to handle promotional activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency high-level computer skills, including MS Office and social media platform
- Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and adapt to varying needs.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Australian Drivers License
- Right to Work in Australia permanently with no restrictions
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
