Reporting to the Head of Partner Management, a rare opportunity is available in Sydney or Melbourne for a Cloud Alliance Sales Expert in our newly formed Cloud Partner Management Team. This role sits in the Cloud Business Unit of Amdocs and is pivotal to driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. We're looking for someone with strong communication, business acumen, and partner relationship management/ sales experience. As a Cloud Alliance Sales Expert, you will be at the forefront working closely with the Hyperscalers account managers to generate new business for the Amdocs Cloud Domain.
**What you will be responsible for..**
As the Cloud Alliance Sales Expert, you will be a key leader for generating new business and pipeline by working closely with our cloud partners, the Hyperscalers - AWS/Azure/GCP/Oracle.
You will learn the Amdocs business, solutions, and capabilities, and how it fits the Hyperscalers needs.
You will work together with the broader cloud sales team to generate opportunities with leads until project execution.
**What you will bring to the role..**
- 7+ years' equivalent Sales Professional experience in the cloud / banking / telecom industry.
- Proven cloud industry experience and understanding of the Cloud Partner Network
- Experience in Software Engineering sales
- Previous experience selling Cloud Migration and Transformation projects
- Stakeholder Management experience and Exceptional Communication skills
- Experience in Partner / Vendor / Supplier Management
- Flexibility to travel across the ANZ region
**Preferred qualifications**
- A certified cloud practitioner or cloud architect (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Banking (FSI) / Telco Industry experience
