**The Role**
The Adobe Campaign Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role combines technical skills with marketing expertise to streamline campaigns, analyze performance, and enhance the customer journey.
**Essential skills & Experience**:
- Ensure that MarTech architecture and execution support overarching business objectives and customer experience priorities, in alignment with campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with Campaign Specifications Team on defining the requirements for new capabilities or tools to improve operational effectiveness
- Lead conversations gathering and analysing requirements for campaigns, overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of Adobe campaign solutions and directing the execution of campaigns across MarTech platforms
- Strong understanding of SQL and database relationship management, having worked with large and complex data sets
- Lead and manage Adobe Campaign implementations and enhancements, ensuring they align well with the client's marketing objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain Adobe Campaign workflows, templates, and customer segments. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Campaign operations
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in campaign execution with focus on speed to market, operational efficiency, execution quality, and maximizing the advancement of the campaign platforms
- Bridge business and technical requirements to translate into scalable campaigns, incorporating sophisticated testing capabilities.
- Manage work intake, deliverables, prioritize project deliverables / intake, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, Omnichannel Orchestration, Enterprise Intelligence and data analytics, to ensure alignment of campaign initiatives with broader business objectives, facilitate data integration, and drive a unified customer experience across touchpoints
- Own best practices for the Adobe Campaign Standard platform and disseminate areas of continuous improvement information to the organization
- Exhibit understanding of Adobe Marketing Cloud capabilities, identifying new needed system features and communicating systems functionality and upgrades to the Digital Marketing organization
- Maintain documentation of business processes and the artifacts required to support campaign operations and hand-offs to Execution teams to facilitate workflow. Provide direction on Campaign Operations procedures and guidance to optimize campaign builds, leveraging Campaign Management best practices
- Drive the evolution of Marketing Automation Tech Stack, including Customer Data Platforms, decisioning engines, journey orchestration platforms, and campaign execution tools, and deliver personalization capabilities across multiple channels
- Mentor and guide junior team members in Adobe Campaign best practices.
- Stay updated on Adobe Campaign and marketing automation industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
- Analyse client data, current campaigns and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value.
- Exemplary communication skills with appetite for change and transformation.
- Possess strong skills in planning, project management and attention to detail and has excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills.
- Communicate and co-ordinate people across geographies and among multiple teams to handle team across offshore and onshore.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval.
- Problem solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity.

- Higher education qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and executing marketing automation campaigns.
- Familiarity with the specific industry (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, B2B) is advantageous,
