- You will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of a 17 storey B-Grade commercial asset which is being given a much-needed face lift with the goal of rejuvenating to an A ‘grade asset. You will have exposure to a major landlord and owner who has a clear strategy with respect to sustainability and operational performance to breathe life back into the building and attract a different calibre of tenants. You will be involved in day-to-day technical operations, vendor management, project management, fit-out and adherence to established policies and procedures. Reporting into the Facilities Portfolio Manager, you will be work autonomously on the asset but with daily interactions and support._
**Your accountabilities will include**:
- Managing make good, refurbishment, lobby upgrades and tenancy fit-out projects whilst achieving timeline and budgetary requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to maintenance of the property structure, façade, fittings, finishes and services.
- Contractor and vendor management, including reviews, SLA and KPI management, retendering and performance reviews.
- Ensuring building and vendor compliance, all ESM and FSS documentation as required.
- Co-ordinating the effective and efficient management of all property services and other works required to be carried out within the properties.
- Involvement in preparing operations and capital works budgets and the monitoring and updating of budgets quarterly and external stakeholder reporting.

- A proven, technically-minded Facilities professional with prior experience of base building plant and equipment, minor projects, fit-outs and refurbishments, ideally for commercial assets.
- Previous exposure to procurement and tendering would be ideal, along with a solid appreciation of how to get the optimum performance and service out of your contractors and vendors.
- You will be an exceptional team player who thrives as part of a larger team and is passionate, collaborative and enthusiastic.
- Good administrative skills, to analyse data, compliance and ensure contractors are not taking advantage when invoicing.
- An ability to comfortably communicate with people at all levels, particularly with stakeholders through project, tenancy fit-out and repositioning works.
