**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role provides professional customer service at Reception, including the management of telephone calls, visitors and contractors, and associated administrative tasks.
**Main responsibilities include**:
- Answering and transferring all incoming calls.
- Greeting and attending to visitors upon arrival.
- Ensuring that the Reception area is immaculate at all times.
- Booking local and international couriers.
- Management of all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintaining and ordering office and stationery supplies.
- Maintaining charity stock cupboards and preparation of charity hampers.
- Ensuring the main lunchroom, kitchen and kitchenettes are cleaned and maintained daily.
- Organizing catering for internal and external meetings.
- Updating online phone portal, staff phone list, swiped on data entry system and car registration lists.
- Invoicing - reconciliation of daily invoices, FedEx, Australia Post and credit card statements into JDE and Concur.
- Supporting Experience Manager with office maintenance and events as required.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent telephone technique and proficient in the use of a busy switchboard.
- Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Able to relate to others in a confident and polite manner.
- Adapts well to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
