**What do you do?**
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work alongside another rostering administrator to schedule security guard shifts across multiple venues
- Assist in finding security guards for the business through networking and connections
- Forecast staff numbers for up-and-coming events
- Regularly report to management

**What do you need?**
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Experience in the industry will be an advantage
- Impeccable communication and organisational skills
- Ability to learn in-house computer systems in a timely manner
- Work autonomously and within a team
- Competent in a high-paced work environment and work well under pressure
