**What's on offer?**:
As an Administration Assistant you are central to the set up and progression of our clients through the preconstruction journey. You will be the main point of contact following on the sales process.

Focusing on consistent communication both internally and externally you will build influential working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities and outcomes include:

- Enter and process monthly sales
- Order and save reports required during preconstruction
- Manage orders inbox
- Prepare contract documents and plans to provide customers
- Book customers into contract & colour appointments
- Manage showroom calendars
- Title updates
- General administration
