In this truly flexible role, you can be based, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

So, what will you do in this role?
In this role, sitting within the Health Partnerships and Networks Team, you will support the division to achieve its vision and purpose by:

• Owning the primary relationship, contractual requirements and performance of your assigned portfolio of hospitals.
• Project managing and leading contract negotiations.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Medibank's hospital contracting processes.
• Developing recommendations to the Senior Manager, Hospital Contracts and Projects for contract negotiations.
• Managing timely compliance with all contractual reporting, provider obligations and key contractual performance indicators.

What can you bring?
Enough about us, now let's talk about you

You are someone who has experience in hospital contract and/or relationship management with a sound knowledge of the private health industry.

You will also have strong problem solving and negotiation skills, and a natural ability to network and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

Interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for this role as you will be working with multiple and diverse stakeholders and managing several different activities at the same time.

You enjoy report writing and are a whizz with presentations and have solid project management experience.
